Human Resources Executive (Benefits and Attendance)
Responsibility for social security, provident fund, accidental insurance, and annual health checkup program and other welfare service.
Recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee engagement and seek ways to improve relationship for a harmonious working environment, giving consultation of Employee Relations activities such as team building, staff activities, etc.
Be responsible for employee relations issue, including staff activities.
Attendance and hr application service.
Support for full scope of training administration both internal and external courses identified in annual training plan, i.e. find proficient external trainers, apply for training course, reserve training venue, arrange payment, prepare bond agreement, training materials, etc. so that training programs are delivered with high quality resources/service and within established budgets.
Liaise with related person and summary performance of employees.
Take minute for any meeting / HR related issue.
Education and Experiences
Bachelor degree in Human resource, administrative and related field.
1-2 years up experience in HRM.
Knowledge and skill & Training requirement
Good Command of computer literate ( Power point, Excel and Word)
Good interpersonal skill with pleasant personality.
